Hexarelin

Also known as: Examorelin

Growth Hormone PeptidesExperimentalSubcutaneousIntramuscular

The most potent GHRP for acute GH release but subject to desensitization with chronic use. Also has cardioprotective properties independent of GH.

Molecular Weight

887.0 Da

Half-Life

~70 minutes

Sequence

His-D-2MeTrp-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2

Mechanism of Action

Potent ghrelin receptor agonist with additional direct cardiac effects via CD36 receptor binding. Cardioprotective independent of GH pathway.

Dosing Protocol

100-200 mcg subcutaneous 2-3x daily. Desensitization occurs after ~4 weeks; cycle off.
